Terms and procedure:


Payment of tuition fees and exemption from it:
Before you start studying, you need to pay for the course. You have the opportunity to pay for the course in part
(first part before the start of the course and in the middle of the remaining course) or pay for the course in full
volume. There is an option to pay on the spot in cash or by bank transfer.
Students who are referred to the course by the Unemployment Insurance Fund are eligible for exemption.


Terms of reimbursement of tuition fees:
Accordingly Consumer Protection ActWhen purchasing an e-service, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract 14
during the day. However, if the provision of the service has been initiated with the prior consent of the consumer (e.g.
registration with the Transport Authority, sending materials, etc.), then does not apply for 14 days
right of withdrawal.


After the start of the service, the resources already used by the driving school will not be returned, nor with it
associated costs.


Conditions and procedures for ensuring the quality of continuing education curricula:
The curricula of continuing education shall be drawn up in accordance with the standard of continuing education and on the basis of the Traffic Act and MKM Regulation No. 60 “Terms and procedure for the preparation of a motor vehicle driver and curricula for the preparation of a motor vehicle driver”. Conditions and procedure for quality assurance of trainers:
The courses are conducted by trainers with appropriate education and experience in the field.
Trainers have extensive experience in training adults. Our instructors are constantly undergoing refresher training. The assessment of the quality of the work of educators is based on the feedback received from students.


Conditions and procedure for ensuring the quality of the learning environment:
Theoretical training in our driving school takes place in modern well-equipped premises. In the given classes there are all conditions for learning for both young people and adults. Practical training takes place on modern vehicles. Classrooms, teaching equipment, teaching materials comply with all environmental and safety requirements.

The procedure for collecting feedback:
In order to continuously improve the learning process and make it suitable for all students, our teachers collect student feedback both in speech and in writing. You can leave your feedback on our website, or write an e-mail. Students' feedback will be shared
with the trainers and on the basis of the information collected, changes are made to the curriculum in order to maintain and improve the quality of training.

Restoring the driving school list:
If a student has temporarily suspended his participation during or during his studies, he will be able to regain his right to continue learning.
• If less than 3 years have passed since the beginning of the study, the restoration is free of charge.
• If 3 years have passed since the start of the study, the restoration fee is 100 euros.

Conditions and procedure for the exclusion of learners from continuing education:
The conditions for the exclusion of learners from continuing education are:
• gross conflict with educators
• untimely submission of documents
• non-payment of the invoice presented to him
• appearing in a poor state of school
Each case is reviewed by the driving school on a case-by-case basis.
