How is category AM training carried out?

Registration is the first step to obtaining a category AM category driving licence

Fill in an application on the website. You’ll be sent further instructions and payment information.

Theory - online + lectures recordings

You’ll complete the training in our online driving school format via the Liikluslab platform. Additionally, you'll get access to recordings of our Category B theory lectures, giving you all the knowledge you need to pass the exam and drive safely.

Practice – modern motorcycles and training grounds in three districts of Tallinn.

You can start your driving lessons while studying the theory. At least 12 driving lessons. Flexible timetable, personal approach, experienced instructors and all the tools you need.

Driving test

You’ll take the test at the Transport Administration with moped available at the driving school. All elements and the route are drilled during the driving lessons. We’ll prepare you for the real test.

Your AM-category driving license is ready for use!

After passing the test, you will be given a driving licence for AM-category. You can now ride a moped!

How much does training for AM-category cost?

Note: The training includes driving on the road as well as on training grounds. A separate fee applies for the use of the training ground, as each learner requires a different number of driving lessons. From 15 € for 45min.

- To obtain an AM category driving licence, you must also complete a First Aid course.
- If you already have a driving license of any category, you do not need to obtain an AM license separately - the right to operate a moped is granted automatically.
