Why did you decide to become a driving instructor and what do you like most about this job?
I decided to become a driving instructor because I like to work with people and see the real result of my work. It is especially valuable to observe how an insecure student at first turns into a calm and confident leader. What I like most about this job is the moment when the student begins to believe in himself and enjoys driving.
Working as a driving instructor gives me the opportunity to constantly develop, learn for myself and see how my knowledge helps others overcome fears and achieve their goals.
What is your teaching style and what do students value most in your classes?
My teaching style is calm, clear and consistent. I explain without pressure, adapt to the pace of the student and pay attention not only to the technique, but also to building confidence at the wheel.
Students most appreciate patience, understandable explanations, humor and a friendly atmosphere in the lessons.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Outside of work, I am interested in cars and motorcycles and everything related to them. I like active holidays and travel.
Driving is not only a technique, but also psychology, peace and responsibility.
Each student has its own story and character.
I am sincerely interested in the result of each student and believe that a good teacher is not a strict checker, but a reliable tutor and partner in the learning process.
